Social eventsThe Welcome Reception and Poster sessions were held simultaneously on the Tuesday afternoon in the service passage of the iThemba LABS facilities. The Team Dinner was enjoyed at the Bungalow Restaurant in the Clifton-area of Cape Town. These events and transport were included in the registration fee for the participants. The iThemba LABS facilities were toured early Wednesday morning upon arrival at the venue. It included visits to the Control Room, K200 Separated Sector Cyclotron, K600 Spectrometer and Tandetron. |
