Using Advanced Search for Checking References and Figure Numbering

• In Acrobat press Ctrl+Shift+F to open the “advanced search”.
• Search for a square opening bracket “[“ or for "Fig" or "Tab".
• In the results you can now easily see (in most cases) if all references or figures are mentioned in the paper and jump to them:
