How to get to the Hotel - Transport from the Cape Town Airport to your accommodation in the City of Cape TownFrom the Cape Town International Airport you can reach your hotel by the MyCiti Bus, metered taxi, uber or rented car. The Hotel is located in Green Point in Cape Town. The Hotel provides an Airport shuttle service, on request, fee: R380 (one way) Mon-Sun: 08:00 AM - 11:00 PM Estimated taxi fare to the hotel: R250 ZAR Driving directions: The airport is located next to the N2. The National roads, N1 and N2 converge into one by following the respective signs into Cape Town. When you get to the traffic light intersection at the end of the N1 and N2 freeway you will have the Waterfront on the right and the Cape Town International Convention Center CTICC on left. Continue through the second set of traffic lights and select the rightmost lanes to the third set of traffic lights, and turn right into Somerset Road. Continue down Somerset road untill you reach the second set of traffic lights, where with the Protea Hotel Victoria Junction will be on your right. Turn right into Ebenezer road and then right again into the underground parking. Buses from the Cape Town MyCiTi bus service departs from the airport every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and terminate at the Civic Centre. From the Civic Centre you take the MyCiti bus (114) heading to Sea Point, disembark at the third stop, Gallows Hill, which is closeby the hotel. Note that this service only operates from 05:30 – 21:30 on weekdays, and from 06:30 – 21:30 on weekends and public holidays. From the Civic Centre there are numerous MyCiTi bus lines that can be utilized to get to your final destination. Uber – please ensure that you are already registered as an Uber user prior to visiting South Africa. In order to use Uber we also suggest that you acquire a sim card at the airport for internet access, since access to WiFi is not yet as ubiquitous in South Africa as elsewhere in the world.
