Page Size & Margins

The Cat Scan Editor checks the Page Size, and tests the corresponding Custom Margin settings.

Margins

You can check or modify your margin settings by selecting the Page Layout tab, then in the Page Setup section of the ribbon Select Margins -> Custom Margins.

In the dialogue screen check the margin settings which correspond to the page size that you are using, either A4 or US Letter.

Column Spacing

The spacing between two columns is to be 0.51cm or 0.2in. You can view or modify this by placing the cursor in the section with the 2 columns, Select the Page Layout tab, then in the Page Setup section of the ribbon Select Columns -> More Columns.

In the dialogue screen view the Spacing field or enter the Column Spacing of 0.51cm or 0.2in' depending on the base units of your document. This sets the spacing between the columns in the corresponding section.
