System Parameters: Experts/Referees

These parameters are related to refereeing.

Auto Assign

Set to "yes" to automate the assigning of papers to referees once an editor has initially processed the paper and uploaded a .pdf file.

Referees should have been entered as experts into the screen

Email Notice When PDF File is Uploaded

Draft a text to inform the referee that a paper is available for refereeing. The e-mail is sent when an editor has processed a paper assigned to a referee, uploaded a .pdf file, and assigned green dot status.

Email Notice When Paper Assigned

Draft a text to inform referees that papers have been assigned for refereeing.

Expert Instructions

Draft the text explaining the refereeing procedure. The text is sent to referees as they are identified as referees/experts via the screen

Notify Admin. on Decline

Set to "Yes" to notify administrator if paper is declined.

Notify Admin. on Revisions

Set to "Yes" to notify administrator if revisions are required.

Notify PC on Decline

Set to "Yes" to notify program chair if paper is declined.

Notify PC on Revisions

Set to "Yes" to notify program chair if revisions are required.

Refereed Conference

Set to "Yes" if the conference is a refereed event.

Enter the number of referees per paper.
