Email system parameters allow you to set system-wide options that control, primarily, auto-generated messages, such as whether someone is copied on certain types of messages.

SMTP Host: SMTP host of your organization used by the EMAIL.SEND procedure to process the e-mail queue
Administrator's Email Address: name of the chief administrator, used in the "from" address in all email sent to users, and which displays at the bottom of every page generated by the SPMS
