The format of Team Meetings is to schedule plenty of time for discussion around the oral presentations.

Poster Session on Conference Reports

The traditional reports on conferences (2019, 2020 and 2021) will take the form of a poster session scheduled at the end of the first afternoon (Tuesday, 3 December). It will be followed by the TM Reception.

Aim for A0 size posters, or simply other material such as the conference poster, etc. Include dates, statistics relating to the number of participants, number of contributions to the programme, deadlines ... These posters form a record of each event organised within the JACoW Collaboration.
