Poster Session

Thursday, 16th December | 17:30 - 18:30

Welcome

Welcome to this years virtual poster session. The poster session is a fantastic opportunity for each conference to share their past, current, and upcoming conference details. Putting a face to a name, and a name to a conference help us all build networks amongst our community, and put us in contact with those who maybe able to offer help and advise.

What Should I Present

As with previous years you are requested to supply a poster in .PDF format which is informative about your conference which may include its committees, number of delegates, venue location and proposed setup, and any other interesting information.

Additionally I wish to request for you to supply a nice photo of yourself so we can put a face with a name. Please provide the photo in a.JPG format.

Where Do I Send My Poster and Accompanying Photo

For those of you what are already aware of how to work with the wiki you can directly upload them to the page if you are logged in.

If you don't know how to work with the wiki, please send your poster pdf, and accompanying jpg photo to david.button@ansto.gov.au and I will upload them on your behalf.

How Will the Presentation Take Place

During the poster zoom session each poster representative will be requested the speak to their poster one and a time, and able to answer and ask questions. The session runs for 1 hour and we wish to give each presenter equal time.

Each presenter will have approximately 2 min, you may use a maximum of 2 slides in addition to your poster to help present your conference. Please advise ahead of time should you wish to use slides as well.

Final Note

Thank you once again for participating, and I look forward to receiving your pdf, and jpg file to david.button@ansto.gov.au
