Registration

This year's team meeting will be the first in hybrid mode: in-person and from remote. This configuration entails more difficulty and complexity in the organisation and setup of the meeting. To cover the costs and guarantee a programme that will fit everybody's needs, registration and payment will take place in advance of the meeting.

Please enter tentative registration by 11 October.

This is the deadline for a tentative registration, showing your interest in participating but without the need to pay the fee. The list of participants at this time will enable the organisers to define the best suited programme.

Final confirmation and payment will be needed by 27 October.

Registrations are open via an Indico instance, using your JACoW profile:

Procedure to follow on the Indico page:

• Click the Registration page and then the "Login" tab. Login with your JACoW username and password.
• Only for your very first login, an email address verification is required: check your inbox and follow the directions in the email from the Indico system.

This Indico event instance is used for registration and for the programme. Please refer to the Agenda page on the Wiki to get to the programme which will be developed as participation and needs are defined.

Registration fees

• In-person participation, Team Meeting proper: 300.00 EUR
• In-person participation, Team meeting proper plus pre-Team Meeting (on invitation only): 350.00 EUR
• Remote participation to Team Meeting proper and, if invited, pre-Team Meeting: 150.00 EUR

Fees for in-person participation will include:

• room rentals for the TM
• morning and afternoon coffee breaks
• social events (kickoff reception, poster session cocktail and team dinner)

Fee for remote participation will include:

• audio/visual equipment and manpower for streaming

Remote participants will receive a zoom link to join the meeting.

A fee for accompanying persons will be proposed if requested. It will include all the social events.

Payment

Payment is possible only within the Italian Public Sector "PagoPA" payment system ''.
